Thank you for shopping with Saad’s Electronics LLC! This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or a product delay, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method, but most orders within the United States arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Saad’s Electronics LLC is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing your claim.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
